Starting May 16, 2025, Disney foodies and families are in for a treat! A brand-new character dining experience is launching at Storytellers Cafe inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa — introducing Donald’s Tales of Adventure Dinner Buffet.

This new Disneyland dinner buffet brings together your favorite characters, incredible eats, and that signature Disney storytelling — all wrapped in cozy campfire vibes.

What Is Donald’s Tales of Adventure Dinner Buffet?

Donald’s Tales of Adventure is a family-friendly character dinner featuring Donald Duck and friends dressed in brand-new explorer outfits. Guests can expect appearances by:

• Donald Duck
• Daisy Duck
• Clarabelle Cow
• Goofy or Pluto

It’s the perfect chance to snap adorable character photos while enjoying an all-you-care-to-enjoy BBQ-style feast!

The Donald’s Dinner Buffet menu is packed with delicious, hearty dishes inspired by classic American BBQ and campfire favorites.
