According to a new economic impact report by Tourism Economics, a division of Oxford Economics, Disney Parks & Resorts now generate an impressive $67 billion in annual economic activity and support more than 403,000 jobs across all 50 states. Highlights from the report include: Disneyland Resort in Anaheim generated $16.1 billion in economic impact in Southern California alone in 2023, supporting over 102,000 jobs in the region. In Central Florida, nearly 1 in every 8 jobs can be attributed to Disney operations. Across the U.S., Disney collaborates with thousands of small businesses, from supplying specialty goods like paint and linens to food and beverage products used in the parks and resorts. Investments That Fuel Growth Disney is not slowing down. With plans to invest $30 billion in U.S. parks and experiences through 2033, Disney is preparing for its largest domestic expansion ever.
