The interior design is a perfect blend of modern chic and traditional Mexican elements, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that’s ideal for enjoying a meal with friends or family. The restaurant’s interior design features a harmonious mix of bold colors, intricate tile work, and stylish furnishings that reflect the spirit of Mexico. From the vibrant murals to the colorful décor, every detail has been carefully curated to transport diners to a lively Mexican fiesta. The atmosphere at Rosa Mexicano is lively and energetic, making it the perfect place to unwind with a margarita or savor a flavorful meal. Menu: 9/10 At Rosa Mexicano, the culinary experience is a true delight for food enthusiasts. From traditional favorites like tacos and enchiladas to innovative dishes that showcase the chef’s creativity, the menu at Rosa Mexicano offers a wide variety of options to suit every palate. Upon being seated, chips and salsa were almost immediately brought to our table. To be honest, I could end the review right here because I would return over and over again, just for the chips and housemade salsa. The chips were perfectly crisp and sprinkled with just the right amount of sea salt. The salsa was fresh and not runny at all. In fact, I give it a 10/10 based on salsa consistency alone. As far as drinks go, Rosa Mexicana also boasts the brand’s renowned beverage portfolio, with over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits as well as the signature frozen pomegranate margarita. For lunch on this specific day, I got a strawberry margarita on the rocks with a salted rim and my husband got a Modelo. What can I say, he’s not as adventurous as I am when it comes to adult beverages. My margarite was delicious. You could tell it had been expertly crafted and not made in some big batch that they keep in a fridge behind the bar. There were actual fresh strawberries muddled in it. The size was perfect and the amount of alcohol was just right. Not too little, and definitely not too much. But it did take the edge off from traveling all morning. It was love at first sip and as I’m writing about it at this exact moment, I’m actually craving one. As far as the Modelo goes, it’s a classic and there’s no arguing with that. The menu offered something for everyone. I chose the NY Strip tacos and my husband chose the Birria Quesatacos. Let’s start with my choice first. Once again, as I relive our dining experience by writing this review, I am now craving these tacos. The meat was cooked perfectly and the size of the tacos were just right. At most Mexican restaurants, I’m a 2 taco max type-of girl. But these tiny hand held tacos packed a lot of flavor and I could have easily had three or four more. They were topped with fresh (a word you’ll find I use a lot when describing Rosa Mexicano) pico de gallo and the smoothest, most flavorful guacamole I have ever had. Next up, the Birria Quesatacos. My husband saw these on the menu and immediately knew it was fate. These are his favorite kind of taco. Trust me when I say, they are now his top favorite taco of any other Mexican restaurant. They were fresh and authentic. Like mine, they were the perfect size and amount. Unlike most other Mexican restaurants, the dishes did not come with a side of rice. However, the sides are large enough to share and we ordered one side of rice to share between us. The rice was cooked to perfection and was more than enough for the two of us. You have to love a restaurant that actually makes sides that are shareable and doesn’t just claim to. Rosa Mexicano is a must-visit dining destination that combines excellent food, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere for a truly unforgettable experience. It truly exceeded our expectations with its impeccable fusion of authentic Mexican flavors and warm hospitality. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or a casual diner seeking a memorable culinary adventure, Rosa Mexicano stands out as a must-visit whether you’re staying at the Dolphin Resort or just visiting Walt Disney World. With the unstoppable combination of its inviting atmosphere, delectable dishes, and exceptional service, Rosa Mexicano leaves a lasting impression that beckons guests to return time and time again.
